A special open house on Monday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. will offer the university community a chance to see the redesigned space and use the new online ordering system. The restaurant’s regular hours will be Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Upon entering Café Bolo, you will see an area for group seating on the right. Opposite that on the immediate left are grab-and-go items. One of the best areas in the space is straight ahead and to the right where guests will get a view of the grill and a social bar where you can mingle with others while waiting for your food. There’s an espresso bar there as well. Bar-style seating is next to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

the table. What does that mean? It means guests can find dishes that focus on the regional offerings of southern Arizona. At the grill, diners can order a selection of sandwiches alongside chef-crafted specials and watch each offering be prepared right in front of them.

The salad bar will be stocked with an assortment of rotating greens, fresh and seasonal toppings, grain enhancements, dried toppings, rotating proteins and a selection of dressings.

With the diverse workforce and students in the Health Sciences community, the global offerings will include themes such as Almost Meatless Mondays, Taco Tuesday, Middle Eastern Wednesday, Thai Thursday and Southern Comfort Friday.

We all know there are times when we have to just grab and go. The market features a variety of individually packaged, freshly prepared grab-and-go salads, sandwiches and snacks for a convenient, versatile and contactless experience. Enabling the grab-and-go experience, the new Café Bolo will utilize QR codes, found throughout the Café space and in the Forum, to allow you to pay with your mobile device.
