Several hundred faculty, staff and students poured through the Health Sciences Innovation Building’s Forum and newly opened Café Bolo on the first day of classes for the fall 2023 semester. The long-anticipated café officially opened with the new semester, welcoming all to try free samples, order food from the grill and test the barista’s skills during the grand opening event. The café, which is in the northeast corner on the first floor of HSIB, is operated by Wolfgang Puck Catering.

All food and beverages are ordered via kiosks at the entrance to the café, or by mobile app via a QR code. Besides ordering hot items from the grill, salads, sandwiches and breakfast cups can be picked out of the grab-and-go coolers. There are also a large variety of packaged snacks.

Café Bolo will be open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. For more information on Café Bolo, see a full story here.
