A laboratory table has larg jars labeled "Zombie Virus" along with a couple of skulls and a manikin head with a mask sitting in a bowl.

The Functional Genomic Core lab on the ground floor of the Thomas W. Keating Bioresearch Building is the scene of a viral zombie outbreak. Keep an eye out for unsecure zombie virus as well as random body parts.

It’s that time of year when the creative, and sometimes macabre, side of your coworkers goes on display around the University of Arizona Health Sciences. Halloween is upon us, so keep your eyes peeled for low-hanging spider webs, bloody handprints and jugs of zombie virus as you head off to your next meeting.

Below are some examples of Halloween spirit you can visit in the next few days before they vanish like a ghost until next year.

Happy Halloween!
